This wiki page will discuss the policies and theories behind the creation of laws that govern inside the micronation.

Absolutely no dumping of any hazardous materials. Corporate offenders will be fined accordingly (perhaps an additional 5% tax would hurt more than a set fine). Citizens will be ticketed.
Citizens may burn wood or authorised alternatives (such as corn) in fireplaces and open pits. No burning of trash.

Drugs are still under debate, but the two (major) ways of thinking are:
1) Legalize all drugs
2) Legalize 'soft' drugs (soft drugs include drugs that have a reduced risk of addiction and physical harm)

American Urban Standard
- Dogs
- Cats
- reptiles (lizards, snakes)
- insects (spiders, scorpions)

- small rodents (mice, rats, hamsters, geniea pigs, chinchillas)
- fish and other waterlife that can fit in a medium to large tank (no real sharks)
American Rural Standard: (Not legal as "pet" inside City limits (at least where I am from), but are legal on farms:)
- Horse

- Chickens
- Sheep
- Cows
- most other farm animals
- Alligators (i think)

[edit] The right to bear arms
TPB Currently stands ground on this matter regarding firearms, The Nations Coast Guard, Customs and National Guard are only to bear arms, excluding while under attack.
I disagree. We should follow Sweden's example; every citizen should be required to keep an automatic weapon and be trained in its usage. It follows that a nation trying to remain neutral with a small population would benefit from the ability to mobilize the majority of its population for defense.

Graffiti should be allowed as long as it has some level of artistic merit. Graffiti has been used for decades as an anonymous way of expressing emotion be it private or political.
Graffiti on private property should be banned.

I recommend that all rapists convicted beyond a reasonable doubt should be sentenced to death. Additionally, so should child molesters, planned murderers, multiple accidental murderers (if you hit three people with your car over the course of your life, it's no accident), violent torturers, and traitors.
