Someone would need to fill this page up of laws from Internet Crime to Civil and Criminal Law, This section is everything that is illegal within our great nation.

Preliminary list of illegal acts, subject to definition and deciding level of punishment. Also, "attempt crimes" will mirror these offenses. I.E, attempted murder, attempted rape, etc. Bear in mind that any crime not codified here, regardless how "common sense" or far-fetched, is NOT a crime, and thus legal.

Article 2. Judicial Branch
Section 1. The judicial power of Sealand shall be vested in one Supreme Court. The Supreme Court shall appoint intermediate Appellate Courts and Trial Courts as deemed necessary. The Supreme Court shall act as the final court of appeals from all lower courts, or, if no other lower courts are established by Sealand law, the Supreme Court shall hold original jurisdiction over all cases arising under Sealand law or equity. The judges of both the Supreme Court and any lower courts shall retain their position pursuant to executing their duties with integrity and impartiality. The Supreme Court shall consist of 5 justices, selected by the President and approved by a majority of the Representatives (or) citizens (depending on nature of government), and will retain their position for 4 year terms with the option for reelection at the termination of such term.
Section 2. The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under these Articles and the official laws of Sealand, including treaties made with other Nations. The jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and other lower courts of Sealand will include all enumerated citizens of Sealand and those Visitors and Guests within Sealand's borders. The Supreme Court has the original authority to interpret the laws of Sealand and to deliver rulings that are binding as law so long as such rulings are not contradictory to or repeal existing law.
Section 3. The trial of all crimes shall be heard by a jury of peers randomly selected from a roster of Sealand citizens. If such crimes were committed within the national borders of Sealand, the trial shall be held at Sealand. If the crime of a Sealand citizen occurred within the borders of another State or Nation, then extradition shall be granted for that Nation to seek justice for the crime.
Section 4. The judicial powers of Sealand shall not be directed against itself by suits arising in law or equity from its own citizens.

- All voting shall consist of all individuals voting via website, using unique person identifiers. Laws can be suggested and edited in wiki format; however, only citizens may do that. There should be no need for elected representatives (other than an overall leader and some essential positions). Since it's a technological country, people can go home at night and vote on laws and measures.\
- Since its a small island It makes sense for the population to vote on most things, only taking short periods of time to tally up the votes
[edit] Tax
It is ridiculous for a business to be charged taxes when selling goods (sales tax), then get an additional tax on their total profit, then the employees getting taxed on their income, then the employees having to pay tax when they buy items (thus continuing the great cycle). It's also ridiculous that after you own your property, you have to pay every year to keep it.
There should be strict, limited tax laws. No sales tax should be collected, but monthly taxes on income should be collected from businesses and citizens. 10% should be good (considering we're foregoing property tax and sales tax). Employee payrolls are tax deductible. This will make everything a lot simpler (although a sales tax on non-citizens might be profitable - perhaps a scannable ID card that establishes citizenry?).

On a small island it doesn't matter as much, but I always believed you should get proportional fines. Speeding 30 over means a lot less in a 75 MPH zone compared to a 25 MPH zone.
