Sealand is essentially an oil platform measuring about 550 square meters in area located off the coast of England. It is only accessible by boat or helicopter. The location is available for purchase from the Bates family. Estimated price $2.000.000.000,00.

Sealand sovereignty has been disputed in the past since it is so close to the UK (sources needed). But now it is considered sovereign.

Ladonia is a very small island off the southern coast of Sweden. As of now, it is essentially an abandoned island which simply houses 3 art structures.

There does not seem to be any infrastructure set up on the island. There seems to be at least 1 dirt road on it though.
